As a sign of special appreciation, Swiss International Air Lines has dedicated its first Boeing 777-300ER to its employees. As of Friday, the faces of more than 2,500 employees will adorn the fuselage of the new Swiss flagship for a full year’s time.

As part of the strategy, “Next Generation Airline of Switzerland“, Swiss wishes to reinforce its promise as an employer as well as its attractiveness in the labor market. The Swiss Lufthansa Group Airline wishes to position itself as `Employer of Choice´ in the European airline industry and stimulate its interest in target groups outside of the aviation industry. With the slogan “Faces of SWISS“, the Boeing 777-300ER will immediately begin flying the world for one year. Each and every photo that has been submitted will have its place on the fuselage of the ‘Swiss Employees Flyer’. Their faces represent all colleagues from different professional fields. The professional groups will be represented by twelve oversized faces selected from the photos submitted by each employee. “Whether cabin crew member, pilot or ground staff, they all contribute equally, day to day, to the success of Swiss,” states the press release.
The project began last November with various photo shoots and finished last weekend with decals for the Boeing 777-300ER. You can see the corresponding film under the following link:https://www.swiss.com/corporate/de/karriere/arbeiten-bei-swiss/truly-swiss
